Please submit your papers through the online submission system:
Paper Format
- US Letter format (8.5″ × 11″).
- Nominal number of pages is 8, including figures, tables, and references. At most, two additional pages are permitted with an overlength page charge.
- Double column, single spaced, 10pt font.
- Left, Right, and Bottom margins: 0.75″ (19 mm). The top margin must be 0.75″ (19 mm), except for the title page where it must be 1″ (25 mm).
- Violations of any of the above specifications may result in rejection of your paper.

Final Paper Submission Instructions
1. Submission of Manuscript
All accepted papers must be submitted through the online system.
PDF eXpress Checking
All accepted papers must pass PDF express checking. The procedure is as follows:
- Visit https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
- First-time users should select "Create account".
- Enter: (1) Conference ID: 69365X; (2) your email address; (3) a password.
- Follow the instructions to validate your PDF.
2. Authors Reminders
When registering on the OpenReview system, note that new profiles created without an institutional email will go through a moderation process that can take up to two weeks. New profiles created with an institutional email will be activated automatically. We recommend using your institutional email with the .edu ending to register and submit papers.
IEEE MiTA 2027 eCopyright Form
The copyright report includes: eCF Paper ID, Author Name, Author Email, and Copyright Status. Please ensure all authors of accepted papers complete the copyright transfer.
Note: One author in a paper can designate a representative to sign the IEEE Copyright form, but the names of all authors should be added in the IEEE Copyright form.
